FS#973 - Make both Addict and PremIV colors selectable.

As shown in this image http://i.imgur.com/op2Uhlk.png Premium 4 and Addict are two different forum colors. Why not let people select both? If I could change my color, I would prefer the Prem IV over the Addict.

I don't think he has a separate color, I just think he is using an old color that just never got updated.
