FS#862 - Achievements colored tab

So, when you hover over an item with a colored name, the achievements tab turns that color. For example, these. http://prntscr.com/5mxyka and http://prntscr.com/5mxylz [Darker Green]

ALSO:

If you have an achievement selected with the X and it shows on the right all the time:

→ If you go into a PVP region (Happens in JoymansWorld pvp area), the progress bar becomes RED instead of GREEN.
