FS#80 - Enderman And Pressure pads

Enderman no longer spawn on pressure pads, which has effectively destroyed My Enderman grinder. They used to be able to spawn before the most recent update.

Not a bug, a feature!
Mobs will no longer spawn on pressure plates.
