FS#780 - Tag next to name for Helpers, Moderators and Admins.

Just a nice little tag with H, M or A coresponding to your rank next to your name and then give the ability to choose whatever name color you want.

I was thinking more like <A> Nickmcski, <M> Toguno and <H> Adam. that wouldnt really clog up the chat at all
