FS#576 - Command error

It has been like this since the /tpclear command was added (it's supposed to remove everyone from your tplist). I get this error when using the command:

Error: java.util.ConcurrentModificationException

I think I fixed it. I don't have much experience with thread concurrency, so it will need some testing to be sure.
