FS#563 - Warp Cooldown does not always appear
Sometimes when you warp, the cooldown does not appear.
Can you give more detail on when this happens.
I'm not sure on how to give more detail, it just randomly happens. I cannot really say when exactly because it's random. I noticed this when warping over and over when I was doing a bronze dungeon spree but I don't always get the cooldown even when I warp normally and have not warped for a while...
In a nutshell, I guess when you have not warped for a long time or when the timer has just ran out a few seconds ago...? This may be only happening to me..? I'm not sure, but I 100% know I am not always getting the cooldown.
