FS#513 - 16000 Aether border

I flew past the 16000 border was outside it for a while flying around it for a couple minutes before I got teleported to spawn.

Not a bug, it's because the server can't find ground to put you back so instead of loading chunks and making the server lag, it teleports you to spawn.
