FS#436 - Warp with, "Public," in the title

Warps beginning with the word, "Public," don't warp due to the warp publicization command. Maybe change "/warp public," to, "/warp publicize"?

This exists for all commands, someone once had "delete me" as there warp name. To my knowledge since warps are useing ID's now in in warp GUI you should be able to warp to it through there.

You can delete the warp and use a proper name
