FS#351 - Region Selections

When you select a region, for some reason you cant see some parts of it. Note: It was on a chunk line.

I cant reproduce it, the only thing I can see on my client is the limit on the depth range where it would not render the end of a very very big selection.
Could it be that there are certain blocks near you or players having certain items equipped?
I think its an OpenGL issue with blend modes
