FS#2078 - Frost Shield Can be damaged and activated by other players in non pvp zones
A player can activate your frost shield in non pvp areas if the other player attacks them, and it does drain durability. Tested at spawn, did not test other shields

Turns out this was every shield, and
included projectiles launched by players
AND included reflecting the ice ball
fired from the player back into the
player... An odd one.
