FS#1655 - Fix for Goldrush

Instead of you earning money and perfect diamonds there could be a complete change to goldrush. You would still earn money for winning 1st, 2nd and 3rd place but instead of getting a perfect diamond you would get something similar to the aether orb. 1st place could receive about 5-10 orbs, 2nd could get around 3-5 and 3rd could get 1-3. These orbs would still drop gems but would have a slightly higher chance of getting a perfect diamond. A couple of new items could also have a chance to be dropped, these would include a ring that turns you into a gold golem or a block of gold ore and the gold ore and gold rush hats can drop from these. It would also be nice if a random player who participated in goldrush earns 1 orb. I don’t know what to call these “orbs” yet but if you have any ideas just let me know.

Maybe we would be better implementing a "loot bag", rather than a random orb.

This loot bag would contain random items, ranging from gems, to other, higher leveled things.

This could also me implemented with the lockbox, if I ever get that to a high enough quality.
