FS#1629 - Frozen Quicksoil Texture
I have always been annoyed by this 1 bright blue pixel on the frozen quicksoil
Here is a fixed texture, removing that 1 bright blue pixel

Its a recoloured version of the regular quicksoil texture, so the regular quicksoil also has that one bright square.
I might update this.
EDIT: Looking at the regular quicksoil texture, its not there.... idk why there is a random pixel there now. I'll update the texture.
