Thats how a BUD switch works, its existed in vanilla minecraft for years.

The second one is how its suppost to work. The wool block is being directly powered, the repeater is getting the signal from the "powered" wool block.

how do i stop the bud switch? and how do i stop the wool from powering the repeater (second link)
