FS#1380 - reuseable spawn eggs not working

For some reason you can't place the entity whatever it is at the moment and you can still pick them up..

I added a message. It's probably because the entity limit had been reached.

I tried it on places with lot of entities and open areas without any, but I'll see what changed.
