FS#1229 - Premium Inventory Tweak

So ever since I donated to get premium 2. When you sort your inventory...It also removes it from you quick inventory slot.

You have to go on this screen http://i.imgur.com/Q5TaZmG.png (the ... button in the inventory) and open the Sorting Rules File and change D LOCKED for something like E LOCKED.
