FS#1203 - Instant mining bug

So Nick got told a couple days ago, You can insta-mine with Spectral Pickaxe that are atleast eff. 10 while wearing a zanite ring that is damaged and drinking a haste II potion. Please fix this.

How does one even get an Eff 10 Spectral Pick? Aren't those limited to Eff 5? Also since when was spectral insta-mining a bug?

It's not a bug, zanite jewlery is supposed to make you mine faster plus haste potions will insta break the difficulty of mining stone.
