FS#1108 - Chili, Ghost Chili and Tomato Harvest
When you harvest these crops there is the chance that the crops despawn when you harvest them.
How did you harvest them? Some crops allow right click harvest, some don't
What did you hold in your hand?
Did you make sure you always got the seed back?
If you didn't get the seed back, can you tell me when you placed those crops?
Or: If you didn't get the seed back, can you place them again, trying to reproduce the issue?
If you can reproduce the bug you should create a warp where you placed the crops and tell me the name.
Also, did the block despawn, or the fruit it just dropped?!
Just tested it. Works fine.
Most likely your light level is low. Plants then drop after harvest, because the harvest triggers a block update.
Also: It always drops the seed. So it doesn't matter if you screw up with your lightlevels
ok here is a warp you can go to. /warp thegarden
harvest there the tomatoes (or cotton (chili is not there sry)) . if your hand is empty harvest the tomatoes by right clicking. some times you get the tomatoes and sometimes they are dropping but kind of disappearing then.
Are you sure they dont merge into another nearby stack? Or that when it drops, they drop on the wrong location client side(You see them pop off to one direction, then teleport to another, as the client sent them one way, but the server another)?
as far as i can tell they just disappear but i can be wrong. as i said not all the time just sometimes like 1 out of 6

the crop and the block did not despawn. it was just the fruit which despawned. i right clicked the tomaotoes to harvest them. i have nothing in the hand while harvesting.
the seeds were placed in the last 2 weeks from now.

I noticed this issue. It happens to me you don't litteratly break the seed, you right click it

i just reopened it as not fixed as a reminder. this is really important as you need Hours to make a lot of chilis and you really want to be able to harvest them all ;)
