Actually no idea. Maybe collect previously uncollectible items, such as end portal frames, double slabs, etc.

I can't think of anything else right now.

Also, maybe a very low chance to get 2x the block when mining one (DOES NOT WORK WITH PLAYER PLACED BLOCKS!).
