FS#625 - New archery ability
A new ability for the archery mcmmo skill: Sharp shot. Chance is higher if your level is higher obviously. Negates any potion effects, eventually whirlies (they cannot be turned away by whirlies, useful against boss skeleton), and armour of the opponent.

If the mob/player who gets hit by the arrow and gets struck by sharp shot, all potion effects (such as resistance) they currently have and if they wear armour, they will get hit as if they have no potion effect or armour.
As for the whirly, which would actually only be useful against the boss skeleton since there's a whirly around it, the sharp shot would just move straight forward, through the whirly and hit the boss instead of the arrow having its path changed by the whirly. Maybe I'm wrong and this already happens, but I think that, currently, if an arrow goes in a whirly, it gets like blasted away the same way when a player enters a whirly.
