FS#1540 - Paintings
Right now players cant place empty paintings, and to make a painting into a non-empty one they need to click it in the air, not on a block. It’s misleading to new players, common question from new players.
Make it so placing empty painting gives default texture OR just blank texture and automatically opens up the painting GUI.
